SAN ANSELMO (KRON)— Crews have repaired a gas main break after a construction worker hit it while digging a hole Tuesday afternoon in San Anselmo.
The gas break was reported around 12:18 p.m. near 1344 Sir Frances Drake and crews quickly repaired it, according to the Ross Valley Fire Department.
The scene was cleared around 12:50 p.m., the fire department said
One lane near Sir Frances Drake High school was closed while crews were repairing it.
The high school opens on Wednesday, so traffic going to and from the school wasn’t effected.
