ANTIOCH (KRON) — Police are investigating the discovery of a body floating in a canal in Antioch Thursday morning.
Authorities received a call at around 8:46 a.m. of a body in a canal near James Donlon Boulevard and Nightingale Drive, according to authorities.
The body was discovered near the Antioch Community Park.
The Antioch Police Department and the Contra Costa County Fire have responded to the scene.
