BELMONT (KRON) — Belmont police are searching for a 68-year-old woman with dementia after staff at her elder care facility reported her missing Monday morning.
Sylvia O’Reilly left the Silverado Belmont Hills Memory Care Community at 1301 Ralston Ave. at around 11 a.m., according to police.
O’Reilly had recently moved to the facility from San Jose. Staff at the facility said she is very ambulatory and has no problems getting around.
She is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 185 pounds and has short curly brown-and-gray hair and wears glasses. When last seen at about 10 a.m. today, she was wearing a gray sweater and blue jeans, police
said.
Anyone who finds O’Reilly has been asked to call 911 immediately.
