VIDEO REPORT: San Ramon dealing with uptick in crime

The San Ramon police chief is presenting the city council with his department’s annual report.

That includes increased crime rates as well as programs the city is working on to try to improve those numbers.

A meeting was underway on Tuesday night to address the issue.
