A driver slammed a truck into the Great Mall in Milpitas early Friday morning.
The crash happened right next to the Burlington Coat Factory sometime between 1:30 a.m. and 2 a.m.
The white Toyota Tacoma crashed into a high-voltage transformer knocking out power to several stores at the mall.
It also caused an oil spill from the transformer.
Around ten to 15 stores have lost power at the mall.
PG&E is at the scene working to restore power.
Police believe the crash may have been intentional but did not provide any further details.
Security tells KRON4 that the driver was lying next to the truck when they arrived.
The driver has since been taken to the hospital.
