OAKLAND, Calif. (KRON) – All east and westbound lanes on I-580 in Oakland were blocked off due to police activity on Monday evening.
Authorities reported that High Street was also blocked off.
The California Highway Patrol issued a traffic alert around 5:03 p.m.
Around 6:45 p.m., all lanes were reopened.
