CONTRA COSTA COUNTY (KRON) — Three homes are burning on Bethel Island in Contra Costa County, according to the East Contra Costa County Fire Protection District.
Fire crews responded around 5:50 p.m. Thursday night to the 2700 block of Taylor Road for a report of a structure fire.
The fire district says a caller originally reported that there were 20-foot flames in the area and multiple explosions.
Fire crews say three homes are burning in the area.
