A possible threat to a Half Moon Bay business had prompted police activity in the area, San Mateo County Sheriff’s Deputies said.
But at around 7:11 p.m., the area has been deemed safe. There is no longer any threat.
This was happening on Tuesday evening near Main Street and Highway 92.
Residents were being asked to avoid the area.
The person who made the threat is still being investigated.
No other information has been made available by deputies.
