SAN JOSE, Calif. (KRON) — Authorities are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in San Jose Wednesday afternoon.
San Jose police responded to the scene in the 2900 block of Little Wood Lane.
Police first reported the boy had life-threatening injuries, but later said he died.
This is the 24th homicide for the city of San Jose this year.
San Jose police said they will release more information at a later time.
