MILPITAS (KRON) — Two men were arrested last week in the South Bay after a Milpitas resident found them loitering in the backyard of a nearby home.
The resident told police the suspects were spotted in the backyard of a home on the 400 block of Roswell Drive just before 1 p.m. on Jan. 24. Police say the pair “rummaged” through a car on the property after breaking in to the backyard.
The suspects, Laine Patrick Barnes, 44 and Danny Arthur Gutierrez, 37 were arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on prowling and drug charges.
