VACAVILLE (KRON) — A man was found dead Saturday night after an apparent shooting on Interstate 80 in Vacaville.
The California Highway Patrol says officers responded to a collision with injuries around 6 p.m. near Orange Drive on I-80 and found a man in a truck with at least one gun shot wound.

Officers later found several bullet holes on the side of the man’s truck.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the CHP.

The CHP has not provided details on potential suspects or what led up to the shooting.
