OAKLAND, Calif. (KRON) — Pacific Gas & Electric reported thousands of customers without power in the Bay Area on Tuesday morning.
As of 11 a.m., 42,882 customers in the Bay Area were experiencing wind-related outages, with the most impact in the South Bay.
As of 9 p.m., PG&E gave the following breakdown:

A High Wind Warning is sweeping the Bay Area and knocking trees and power lines down with it.
PG&E has said the Bay Area is not under a Public Safety Power Shutoff, which is when the utility intentionally shuts power when there is a high risk of fires.
