SAN JOSE, Calif. (KRON) — Left lanes are open as of 7:45 a.m. on northbound I-680 in San Jose, just south of E Capitol Expy.
California Highway Patrol initially closed all lanes just before 6 a.m. Wednesday for a deadly collision.
According to their report, a person was hit by a car on the highway and died.
Traffic is being diverted off at Jackson Ave.
