While skies will remain dry with mostly sunny skies today, don’t get too comfy!
Showers return to the Bay late Monday and become more widespread Tuesday afternoon, lasting into early Thursday morning.
By 6 a.m. tomorrow morning, showers will be approaching the coastal areas, up and down the peninsula, and inland.
The heaviest rain will be seen into tomorrow afternoon.
Showers taper off into the evening commute and Wednesday morning will start with a few more showers before we dry out for the rest of the week.
According to NWS Bay Area, rainfall amounts will be less than an inch for most areas.
