Police are looking for more victims after a man was arrested for committing lewd acts with minors.

Police arrested 31-year-old Angel Leopoldo Gutierrez Monney, of Redwood City, on Sept. 4. 

San Mateo County Deputies say he was employed as a rideshare driver and a part-time babysitter through a childcare website.

Investigators say they’ve identified several young boys under the age of 14 as victims of various sex crimes.

They say Monney was good at charming parents and his victims. 

Authorities say five victims have come forward and they believe there could be more.

He is charged with the following:

288(A)PC – lewd acts with a child under 14
288.2(A)PC – harmful material sent to minor
288.3 (a)PC – contacting a minor with intent to commit felony 

Here is the full statement from deputies:

On September 4th, 2018 a concerned citizen called the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau to report a possible child predator. We immediately launched an investigation and during the investigation Angel Leopoldo Gutierrez Monney, was mentioned for having inappropriate behavior with juveniles. The suspect was employed as a ride-share driver and a part time babysitter through a
child care website. Through this initial family the suspect was able to charm multiple other families and children who became victims. Several young boys all under the age of 14 were identified as victims of various sex crimes against children. Angel Leopoldo Gutierrez Monney was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail.
