SAN LEANDRO (KRON) — Firefighters are battling a 3-alarm fire at a commercial building in San Leandro.
The fire is burning a building on Georgia Way in the northern part of the city.
The area where the fire is burning has many businesses and is less than a half-mile from San Leandro City Hall.
Residents living near Georgia Way and East 14th Street have been evacuated. The fire department has closed East 14th Street from Broadmoore and Davis Streets.
