Officers contacted two people, Miguel Angel Sanchez Aleman and Crystal Sanchez Lemus, near the scene,

Aleman, 20-year-old Santa Rosa resident, and Lemus, a 19-year-old Windsor resident, were eventually arrested and a firearm believed to have been used in the incident was recovered, police said.
