SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — BART has recovered from a major delay Friday afternoon at San Francisco stations in the San Francisco International Airport, Millbrae, Daly City and East Bay directions because of police activity.
BART first reported the delay at around 4:17 p.m.
A possible kidnapping investigation was in progress, BART tweeted. San Francisco police said a person has been detained and a baby was involved.
But BART tweeted just before 4:50 p.m. that the kidnapping was a domestic dispute, and the situation has been resolved.
KRON’s Jeff Bush is heading to the scene and will have the latest on KRON News at 5 p.m.
No other information was made available by police.

The ‘kidnapping’ was a domestic dispute prompting police activity. System restoration is in progress.
