SANTA CRUZ (KRON) — An at-risk man has gone missing, and Santa Cruz police are asking for the public’s help.

Eleuterio Bernal, 38, of Santa Cruz, was first reported missing on Friday around 6:20 p.m. by his family, after they had not heard from him in 10 days, according to sheriff’s officials.

He is considered at-risk due to medical issues, according to deputies.  Bernal is homeless and is described as a Hispanic man about 5’9, weighing 150 pounds.  He frequents the San Lorenzo Park area, as well as Soquel Avenue.

He has several distinguishing tattoos, including “Bernal” across his chest, as well as a Pieces symbol on his arm.  He also has a red star tattoo that reads “Mom” according to police.
