ATF officials have confirmed that a massive construction site fire in Concord last month was caused by arson.
The three-alarm fire broke out in the early morning hours of April 24 at what was to be the future site of a four-story apartment complex on Galindo Street by the Brenden movie theater.
Two people were injured nad over 200 were evacuated.
