SALINAS (KRON) — Police in Salinas were responding to a reports of a fight over the weekend when an alleged unlicensed drunk driver crashed into an officer’s vehicle.
The incident happened near Main Street.
Ironically, the driver and the passengers in the vehicle were the ones involved in the fight that was reported earlier and were attempting to fled the scene.
The officer sustained minor injuries and is in stable condition.
No one in the suspect vehicle was injured.
