BERKELY (KRON) — The Berkeley Fire and Police Departments are receiving reports of widespread power outages in the south and west portions of the city.
Notifications are being made to assess and restore electrical power as soon as possible.
Pedestrians and those driving are urged to use caution. Non-functioning traffic signals should be treated as a four-way stop. Motorists should also drive with their headlights on when using their windshield wipers.
