KRON—Skeptics aside, it looks like more passengers are satisfied with airline travel.
According to a new report from the Department of Transportation, airline complaints are down by 12 percent this year.
This includes fewer complaints about delays, cancellations, and customer service.
The survey reveals however, more customers felt discriminated against because of their race, religion, nationality or a disability.
The most criticized airlines are American and United.
The least are Southwest and ExpressJet.
