A man is in grave condition after being shot in head

RICHMOND (BCN) — A man is in grave condition at a hospital tonight after being shot in the head early this morning in Richmond, police said.

Police said officers responded to ShotSpotter activity in the 100 block of 20th Street at about 1:20 a.m. Police said the victim is a 27 year old man.

Police are asking people for any information they may have about the shooting. Anyone with information is being asked to call either Detective Ellis at (510) 621-1276 or Sgt. Johanson at (510) 620-6616.
