A bomb was detonated near the Vallejo’s mayors office

(BCN) – Explosive disposal experts detonated a pipe bomb this evening in Vallejo, fire officials said.

Firefighters first reported the bomb at 5:07 p.m. in the 400 block of Tuolumne Street.

The device had been safely detonated by 5:09 p.m., according to fire officials.
