The City of San Francisco already has 75 scooter complaints filed as of Friday.
San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency says there have also been 32 citations.
This is the first time complaints have been made with the pilot program.
Last time the scooters were on the streets, they were in the city illegally with no permit.
From Mar. to May/June, 1,300 complaints were made to the city 311 the first time around.
