Police in Corte Madera are searching for five men who committed a grab-and-run robbery at an Apple Store on Thursday afternoon, officers said.
The robbery happened at around noon. The men grabbed small electronics from two tables and ran away from the store.
Police say they ran to a black Honda sedan with a taped-over license plate and sped away.
The five are described as African-Americans in their teens to early 20s, wearing black hoodies with the hoods up. They did not carry weapons, police said.
No customers or employees were hurt, but the thieves made off with $19,000 in merchandise.
