A steady stream of shoppers flocked to the mall in Livermore — all looking for a sale.
With 30 new stores opening Thursday, and 20 more coming by the end of the year, the shopping center is now the largest outlet mall in the state.
On expansion day, traffic wasn’t too terrible, and parking spots were easy to come by.
