Crews contained a large fire that broke out at a homeless encampment in Oakland Tuesday.
The fire is in the area of E. 12th Street and 22nd Avenue.
Officials say about 30 residents are displaced.
The fire broke out at around 2:45 a.m.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is not known.
Officers found a body near the encampment, but it was not related to the fire.
The cause of that death is not known at this time.
