OAKLAND (KRON) — Three suspects broke into a home in the Oakland hills early Tuesday morning and assaulted the elderly residents, police said.
The incident happened at around 2:39 a.m. in the 4600 block of Sequoyah Road, police said.
Two men who live there, one in his 70s and the other in his 80s, were assaulted by the suspects after they broke in.
The three male suspects then stole the victims’ car and fled, police said.
One of the victims was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor lacerations.
No arrests have been made.
