SAN JOSE (KRON) — San Jose police have arrested three men in connection to a robbery and murder on Christmas Day, according to police.
Officers were dispatched to an address in the 200 block of North 26th Street at 5:36 a.m. Dec. 25, on a report of a stabbing. Jose Marin, 24, was transported to a hospital and pronounced dead, according to police.
Three suspects were subsequently arrested on Wednesday and Thursday of last week. Jonathan Gonzalez, 29, and 21-year-old Luciano Esquivel were arrested on Dec. 30.
Brian Gutierrez, 21, was arrested Dec. 31. He was already in custody on other charges, according to police.
All three suspects are listed as San Jose residents.Bay City News contributed to this report
