Sonoma County (KRON) — An earthquake with a magnitude recorded of 3.5 rattled The Geysers early Friday morning, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The quake hit around 5:58 a.m. and was centred around 10 miles north-west of The Geysers, USGS reported.

The earthquake hit about 27 miles north of Santa Rosa and 11 miles west of Cobb.

Earthquakes are frequent at The Geysers, according to the USGS.

There have not been any reports of damage or injuries following the quake.
