SEBASTOPOL (KRON) — A 25-year-old man was arrested after an officer allegedly witnessed the man pass a marijuana bong to two teens.
Friday afternoon around 3:15 p.m. an officer saw large amounts of smoke rising from an area of the gazebo at the Sebastopol Central Park.
According to police, the officer initially thought the smoke might have been coming from a fire.
The officer approached and saw the man pass a marijuana bong to two teenage boys who were with him. The boys then used the bong to smoke the marijuana.
The man has been identified as Milo Serp of Santa Rosa, and the two boys have both been determined as 15-years-old.
The officer arrested Serp on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and furnishing marijuana. Serp was also arrested for violating his probation for a prior trespassing conviction.
Serp has now been booked into the Sonoma County Jail, according to police.
