A 25-acre grass fire was burning at the Tesoro Refinery in Concord on Friday afternoon, firefighters said.
The fire broke out at around 2:17 p.m. But at around 4:12 p.m., the fire was contained.
Contra Costa County fire crews were battling the fire, along with the refinery’s fire department.
