SAN JOSE (BCN) — A man shot and killed in San Jose Friday night was identified Tuesday as 21-year-old Alexis Valdovinos of San Jose, police said.

Valdovinos was shot in Fowler Creek Park after an argument with an unidentified assailant, according to police.

His friend tried to drive him to the hospital, but they stopped near the corner of Tully Road and Capitol Expressway and called police at about 10:45 p.m., police said.

Valdovinos was pronounced dead there.

Investigators have not been able to identify or find the suspect in the shooting.
