SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A 20-year-old Daly City resident was arrested on Tuesday in South San Francisco on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and leaving the scene of an accident, police said.

Officers arrested Jorge Portillo at 3:36 a.m., shortly after he allegedly crashed into two parked vehicles in the 600 block of Grand Avenue and drove away, according to police.

Officers found Portillo a couple of blocks away in a car with front-end damage and leaking motor oil, police said.

Portillo allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and was booked into the county jail, according to police.
