In Sacramento County, two women were arrested, accused of trying to steal $11,000 worth of lingerie from Victoria’s Secret.
Folsom police say 22-year-old Blanca Quintero, of Richmond, and 19-year-old Antanae Welch, of Pittsburg, ran off with “several large bags” of undergarments.
A store employee attempted to pepper spray one of the women but that did not work.
As the duo was about to get away, they were caught by officers.
