Police are investigating a shooting that happened overnight outside Home Depot in Emeryville.
Emeryville police say they received several calls just before 2 a.m. Sunday reporting gunshots in the parking lot in the area of Hollis Street and San Pablo Avenue.
According to police, callers reported the gunshots were in connection with a party bus in the parking lot, which left the scene before police arrived. Another car was also seen speeding away from the parking lot.
At the scene, police located two people with gunshot wounds. Both victims went to local hospitals for treatment of wounds that police say did not appear to be life-threatening.
There were no other reported injuries. Two parked cars were hit by gunfire.
