GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WDTN) – Officials in South Carolina have captured two inmates who escaped from the Dorchester County Jail, but they’re still looking for a third.

Michael and Matthew Chaplin were arrested Sunday night. Donald Little remains on the run.

“At this time we are actively looking for the third suspect,” assured Berkeley County Sheriff Duane Lewis. “At this time the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office, Berkeley County, Goose Creek, SLED, and a host of other agencies are actively looking for Mr. Little.”

The three men escaped from jail Friday morning after they pushed out a window and used a blanket to climb over the barbed wire. Law enforcement officials said they led officers on a chase Saturday in a stolen truck. The suspects crashed the vehicle and ran into the woods. Officials caught up with two of the men behind a Big Lots Sunday.

Deputies said the men are described as experienced car thieves.

Officials said they are using every resource to find the third escapee.
