ALAMEDA COUNTY (KRON) — The California Highway Patrol is on the scene of a multi-vehicle collision with two reported fatalities on Crow Canyon Road at Norris Canyon Road in unincorporated Castro Valley on Friday.
Crow Canyon Road is closed in both directions at Norris Canyon Road, the CHP said.
Northbound traffic is being diverted onto Cold Water Drive. Southbound traffic is being dive onto Bollinger Canyon Road.
There is no estimated time of reopening.
The crash was reported at around 8:45 p.m.
CHP recommends avoiding the area and to expect delays.
