DALLAS, TEXAS (KXAN) — A manhunt is underway for the person of interest in the shooting of two officers and a security guard in Dallas on Tuesday.

The shooting happened at the Home Depot in the 11600 block of Forest Central Drive.

Dozens of Dallas police officers and emergency vehicles surrounded the Home Depot parking lot on the city’s north side.

“Please pray for our officers and their families,” DPD tweeted.

In an evening briefing, officials said officers were called to the store to assist with an arrest at 4:12 p.m.

Shortly after arriving, two police officers and a civilian loss prevention officer were shot. Officials did not give an update on the conditions of the three.

They did, however, release the name of a person of interest in the shooting, 29-year-old Armando Juarez.

He possibly left the store in a white pickup truck and is believed to be armed.
