CONCORD (KRON) — Concord police have arrested two people on Tuesday, accused of fleeing the scene of a crash that hurt a 12-year-old girl, police spokesman Cpl. Christopher Blakely said.
The girl suffered a minor head injury as a result of the crash, which Concord police officers responded to at 5:36 p.m. in the area of Denkinger Court and Denkinger Road, Blakely said.

An alert witness saw the two suspects run into a home and directed officers to the location.
The suspects, identified as 28-year-old Eli Rudnick and 23-year-old Kayla Tindall, were taken into custody with the help of a K-9 unit, according to police.
