SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) — Two pedestrians were struck and injured in San Francisco’s Silver Terrace neighborhood Monday evening by a hit-and-run driver who was later
arrested, police said.
A 68-year-old woman and a 13-year-old girl were crossing in the crosswalk in the 300 block of Williams Avenue at about 6:40 p.m. Monday when they were struck by a man in a black two-door Infiniti I30, police said.
The woman suffered a broken knee, and the girl complained of pain in the head. Both were taken to a hospital for treatment, according to police.
The 55-year-old driver fled the scene, but was later apprehended.
