SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – SCMPD Officials say a 13-year-old girl was arrested for robbing and shooting a pizza delivery man on February 14th.
It happened around midnight in the 1400 block of East Duffy Street. Police say Damaria Phillips, who’s being charged as an adult, walked up to the delivery man’s car, pulled out a gun, and demanded money.
Phillips then shot the driver after he handed over the money, according to officials. She’s being charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault and was transported to the regional youth detention center.
