10 Arrested In Santa Rosa On DUI, Driver’s License Outstanding Warrants

SANTA ROSA (BCN) — Police arrested 10 people in Santa Rosa Friday on outstanding warrants related to either DUI or driver’s license offenses, police said.

Police said those arrested either violated the terms of their probation or failed to appear in court and therefore may have to serve more jail time.

Santa Rosa police said lowering deaths and injuries by removing impaired drivers from the roadways and increasing awareness of the dangers of impaired driving is a priority.

A grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration provided money for the operation.
