One person is dead after a small plane crash on Monday morning at the Marina Municipal Airport.
It’s a public airport about 2 miles away from the center of Marina, a city in Monterey County.
The crash happened around 10 a.m. Monday morning.
The pilot succumbed to his or her injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
