Concord police say they found a ‘suspicious’ bag found in their front parking lot Wednesday afternoon.
As a precaution, Concord police shut down Galindo Street from Laguna to Cowell while they examined the bag.
Around 4:00 p.m., police tweeted that the bag was cleared and determined the surrounding area was safe.
