San Jose will break ground on one of its biggest affordable housing projects.
The 135-unit housing complex will be called the North San Pedro Studios and it will cost about $30 million.
It’s located at Bassett and Terraine Streets near Highway 87.
The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for 12:30 p.m.
Crews expect the project to be done in about two years.
