SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The 2015 World Golf Championships- Cadillac Match Play are now underway in San Francisco’s Harding Park.

“We are absolutely delighted to once again partner with Cadillac at one of the most exciting and unique events on golf’s calendar,” said PGA TOUR Commissioner Tim Finchem. “Cadillac have already proved to be an incredible partner at the Cadillac Championship in raising the standard of excellence at the tournament while also using the tournament as a successful marketing a promotional arm to drive business. We know they will find similar success in San Francisco at TPC Harding Park.”

In July, the PGA of America, the PGA TOUR and the City and County of San Francisco announced a partnership that will bring the 2020 PGA Championship, The Presidents Cup 2025 and the 2015 World Golf Championships-Cadillac Match Play to TPC Harding Park, a municipal course owned by the City and County of San Francisco. As part of the announcement, officials also revealed a new tournament date and format for the Cadillac Match Play.
