PETALUMA (BCN) — Police are looking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in the Friday theft of several hundred dollars of merchandise from a Kohl’s department store in Petaluma.
The theft occurred around 10 p.m. at the Kohl’s at 1363 North McDowell Blvd.
The suspect, described as a white male, 30 to 40 years old, about 6 feet tall and wearing a red baseball hat, glasses, a red collared shirt and blue jeans, entered the store, grabbed items of jewelry and two speaker systems and then fled the store without paying for the merchandise, police said.
The suspect then left the area on a lime green bicycle.
The merchandise was valued at $450, according to police.
